Authorization Director Not Opening? Please Help! [Resolved]

How-do-you-do, I am new to Amplitube. I bought the Fender Collection for my new Mac desktop. I downloaded the Potency Manager and I either can't figure out how to annals my software or it won't open up for some unknown reason. Can everyone advise me delight. Thanks in advance, John

What have yous washed so far? And exactly what problem did you lot encounter?

Thank you Darkstar... I simply opened the email that is sent later on paying for the Fender Drove software. So I clicked the link to download the Authorization Manager. Information technology loaded and I followed all the prompts to get it to appear on my desktop. I can't figure out how to register or qualify my software buy. The Auth Managing director just sits idly on my desktop. I double click o it and it just wants to reload. I did create a ticket through customer service. Will gladly share anything I find out...

Instead of using a desktop shortcut have you lot tried the 1 in your Applications folder? Might just be a thing of a corrupted desktop shortcut.

That did information technology. I opened it up through the Applications window and I authorized the production. The only problem is that I thought I bought the Fender Collection and AmpliTube 4 and Custom Shop showed upwards in my Applications folder. Where is my Fender Drove?

The Fender Collection is a packet of gear models that are loaded in AmpliTube. It is non a separate program.

Install AmpliTube and the Custom Store. Utilize the Say-so Manager to qualify AmpliTube and your Fender Drove (the Serial Numbers should be in your User expanse/ My Products section. Start the Custom Shop plan, log in and select Gear >> "Restore My Gear"
- that should make those gear models bachelor.

Close both programs, Start AmpliTube (standalone or as a plug-in in a DAW) and bank check to see what gear you take bachelor to you.
